"This is one of the great restaurants they have. You order on the balcony and deliver it on your table. I was told this is the best burger in NZ, I had to try. I ordered the Bacon Backfire $15,20) and the spuds with Aioli fries $5,90). Nothing to complain. Just perfect. I loved it."

"We live dangerously too close to this place, I have the cattle brother with cheese and some fries on the side. the bungalow is a soft brioche bee with delicious bark meat, a very tasty mayo and picked sosty and some fresh green between them. the fries were crispy and the sauce with which she came was deliciously addicted. I enjoy this place and must hold my own back. I could easily eat burger myself, I would also recommend the hühnerburger if they get a chance! can't wait for the next cheating."

"Nice place. Went for a couple of drinks and hot chips on a saturday afternoon. Was reasonably quiet (just before dinner time). Cocktails were good. Reasonable prices for the area. I would say it is a good place to have drinks in Ponsonby Central."

"First time I visited I had their loaded fries. The portion was however very small, there were very few chicken strips, and I did not even notice the hummus which was supposed to be there. Second time I wanted to try their sample box, however, the girl at the counter (who looked very bored and did not smile) said the only available item on the menu was nuggets. I therefore went for the nuggets, but I only got 7 little pieces, no sauce, it was generally very small and unimpressive. I asked for the WiFi password, girl said wifi was unavailable at the moment, even though they advertise a free wifi They generally need to work on recipes and presentation. Nothing convinces me to go back. Updated from previous review on 2022-09-13"

"This place was by far the worst restaurant experience I've had, don't know why some of the reviews are 4 or 5 stars, this place was absolute S . Bad review for the following: Not much of a variety in regards to food selection. Most of the night, their buffet was not refilled regularly and had customers waiting around. We had a table of eight which was a 2 table seating arrangement. We only had one hot pot but noticed that most tables which had a similar number of guests had 2 hot pots. Asked for another hot pot and was told their was not enough. Worst of the night was the fact that I had found a blow fly on my plate. Didn't report as I didn't want to make a scene, so I'm taking a more passive aggressive route. Don't waste your money here, there are way better Buffet options out there in Auckland."
