"It's been a long time since they've been black-famous and so a cool concept. the place is a vibe! loved the aesthetics and the music that was loud and some don't like it, added, I loved it! they were bowling what I wanted, so I got lucky charms mixed with cinnamon toast crunch in a milkshake. it was really good, but costly to come in about $9 if I remember correctly. the menu had a lot of options, so I definitely come back and try something maybe with a sauce drizzle and hopefully a bowl next time!"

"I have tried the place 3x. The food is fine but the service is horrible!!. The staff doesnt know the menu, doesnt know what they offer, what they do have and do not have in the kitchen, how to use the cash register, honestly they probably cant point you to where the restroom is.Eating in and ordering over the phone is just as difficult. I've tried both, English and Spanish. It is NOT a language barrier. They've put down the incorrect order each time (yes, 3 different occasions) and never even acknowledge there was a mistake and cause me to wait an additional 30 minutes. I can go on and on but I'm getting annoyed as I write this. Just horrible, incompetent, untrained staff."

"I love the food, service and the staff. The only complaint I have is stock more grilled chicken. No grilled chicken available today. They were also out one other time I went. I love that grilled chicken sandwich, looks like I'm not alone, lol."

"I stumbled across this place while at another one. I ordered BBQ Banh Mi sub made with Seitan. I am not a fan of Seitan but I tried it anyway. To me I think that they don’t put enough Seitan on the sandwich but a lot of the toppings. I think the topping (can’t remember what it’s called) had the taste and not the Seitan. I can say when I ordered I ask them to dig out the bread and they were a bit surprised by that. When I went back the second time they had it on there POS system. I love their drinks and so does my daughter. I ordered a Taro shake and the guy came out to ask before he made it did I want Soy milk or Half and Half. Due to it not being put in my order and I ordered a vegan sandwich. I was happy about that and pretty pleased. This was my 3rd time going here and it’s not expensive. However it’s a quick stop if you on the move all day."

"Burger was average. I ate in another Shake Shack previously and it was average as well. The burgers are way over hyped. The fries were over salted and cold. The service was slow. I'm eating at other local places that are much better that take care in their service and product."
