"Ordered 2 milkshakes. Person making milkshakes did not pay attention to order numbers. So instead of waiting for 10-15 minutes. It took almost 25 minutes. Not bad. But the cashier instead of talking to the employee. Yelled at him. Making the experience uncomfortable."

"Broke my diet for a shake “treat”. Ask for the coffee and a tiny bit if chocolate, pretty sure I got all chocolate and a lot of it, still chocolate syrup around the inner bottom of cup. Then I an odd lump in the shake, spit it into my napkin...great a tiny blob of butter type substance. Most likely they do not clean the machine often enough and it creates the limps of fat/oil. So needless to say $6 shake went in the garbage. Good lesson stay on my no sugar plan!"
