"Me and a couple of friends went here. Unique place to hangout. Feels like you’re in a garage and having quality, scrumptious food. Great service and the waitress that served us was helpful and amazing. Saw lots of young friends and acquaintances hanging out here.Nice dine in place. Would certainly go again as the prices are pretty reasonable.I had the Nachos Average Poutine (NAP). Pictures included. I told the waitress that I’d like to take a “NAP”. Lol. One of their favorites. It was delicious. It was served in a metal bucket I love it. My friends were surprised. I loved the unique presentation. Highly recommend. Go with some friends. Tower onion rings were also tasty. You’ll love it.?"

"Terrible service! We have been customers since the 70s and it has changed for the worse! We thought this would be great for a birthday treat. The staff argued with me that a hamburger bun IS a Kaiser bun! It is not! The man showed me the bag which literally said “hamburger buns”. The young cashier then said things change. Thank you for the unsolicited life advice. Do not waste your time or money here!"

"Picked up 2 burgers and fries. The burgers were completely room temperature. They gave them to me quickly, but I would have preferred someone put the precooked burgers on the grill to at least heat them up. The prices are very high (like everywhere), but one would at least expect a hot burger."

"Does not look like much from outside and does not look as amazing inside, but when they are over. the two burgers we had were pretty good. I would say that their fries are five young similar, which was a nice sound. their craftsmen soda are interesting, clear root beer that knew. if I'm in the opposite, it'd be worth going back because you're eating pretty good."

"The best place for Dosa, Kathis and Shakes. We came here for the second time and Essen didn't disappoint us. It is a must to try place when you miss street food from India. Our children have their special drinks monster cookie freak and chocolate milkshake. We tried Rava and Mysore spicy dosa and so loved. My husband enjoys the Tandoori chicken cathi role. That's it! The children loved the cheese can. The staff was so good here. Must come!"

"Quaint, delightfully decorated cafe where I bought cookies and a delicious cinnamon bun. I actually went to claim my radio prize of a stuffed sundae, but I was drawn right in by the display of yummy baked goods. I chose the banana split which was just like an old-fashioned split like we used to make at the Taster Freez. It was beautifully made, and they use whole strawberries, not a syrup. It was topped off with whipped cream and a cherry. What a feast! Nice variety of Hershey ice cream, sundaes and stuffed shakes, which made a difficult choice. I was not disappointed and plan to take my granddaughters there for lunch and an ice cream treat. Staff and owner very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this little gem at the four corners in Waterloo!"

"Big head burger is amazing and consistent. have been several times and every time is just as good! it was said in many other reviews. it is not unusual, it is simple to it is beautiful with a taste second to none. super fresh ground beef, fresh vegetables, goat cheese and a soft but sturdy bread equal to one of the best burgers I had. you want to go somewhere else in a flash. You want a damn good burger, you need a big head burger. I'm glad I'm moving out of here because I think I have to stop at lunch."
