"I have never had a steak like it in years. We went to Alston on an £18 meal deal which I presumed was a January, get you in, special. Well it certainly was special. Great service from Matthew and a great selection of Gins. Our hostess was Olivia who was training Jack and both of them looked after us so well. If Jack learns from Olivia, he will do well. She was excellent. All under the watchful eye from Paul the General Manager who made us welcome in the secret bar. Superb day. We stayed hours."
