"I update this review after my second visit happened yesterday. Jason's Omakase is more completed. In the last couple of weeks, I could tell he has done many experiments from menu level to small details even in the same nigiri neta. For instance, the second piece is changed from Toro with Caviar to Nore Sore baby anago and it was seasonal delicacy you can only taste in limited time at winter season. Also instead of Kinmedai, he tried Ebisudai and I really liked it's unique texeture inside a mouth. Everything at the course meal has become more solid, simpler while using the best class ingredients of season's bless"
