"I recently ate at this restaurant with my wife and it was my 1st experience eating Persian cuisine. From the get go the staff were extremely friendly, gave us recommendations on what to order, and explained the dishes in detail as they arrived. We even were educated on the origins of a wonderful spice I'm now in love with called sumac. The food itself was wonderfully aromatic and cooked to perfection. You must try the Kashk-e-bademjan; it is basically mandatory, and rightfully so. It's amazing. We will definitely be back to Shiraz and look forward to trying more options on their menu. Specifically the pizza!"
