"This experience was the worst we have had in Scottsdale so far. Our waitress was very nice but spread to thin and just couldn’t handle all of the tables that she was given. There was a young blond woman working to help our waitress with one of the worst attitudes I have ever experienced in a restaurant! We were on the patio and could not get a heater turned on after we requested numerous times. The wait on our meals was very long and finally we got served 3 meals and my husband was left waiting for his meal quite awhile. He ordered the fish and chips and the fish wasn’t cooked all the way thru and the coating was soggy. He could not eat it. They did bring a hot cookie with ice cream on it for our guests from out of town as they were celebrating a birthday, that was the highlight of our experience. I would never go back to this restaurant again. Just terrible."
