"I had been to a Coopers Hawk property in southeast Michigan, but compared to Esquire in Gold Coast, that might as well have been a nice Outback Steakhouse. The three story estate on Oak Street leaves nothing to be desired. It has beauty, class, elegance, delicious food, and wine so good that my girlfriend and I had two of my three monthly bottles during our dinner. Our waiter, “Young Michael” was awesome showed up just often enough without being pushy at all like at some restaurants. It was a great first experience at the Chicago location, and I definitely intend to make it a regular spot going forward."
