"I would be the bosses Picnic eying, it exceeded expectations. It came a lot faster than I expected. The steak was cooked from this world and to perfection (medium wheel). Mais Street was a good balance of corn and toppings. I could eat all day. We had the grilled pineapples margaritas and they were delicious! Our waiter Michael was wonderful. There was a lot of food and he let us take our time; checked for us for drinks, but we were never rushed. It is a meal with which you want to take time to not too fast. We had remnants but made a number on the picnic and I would do it again in a heartbeat."

"We have reserved a table for Valentine's Day. the only available time was early, but we booked it anyway. we then called the restaurant directly and spoke with the “person fee of the reservations that later said nothing was available. now, the place was at least 70% empty when we arrived while we were eating, and when we went and in that there were only 16 people, among them we, so that a later time should have and should have been taken. in addition, the restrictions on the menu set no substitutions, including simply a sweet that my wife did it for the other that was available for another participant. the speciality drink for $13 in a small champagne glass. the food was very good, but the portions were small. it came with desert for the fixed price, but was only a small piece of cheesecake that must be divided. sharing is nice, but for the price it would have been nice to get two even if it came to an additional price."

"I've been to the new Irregardless twice now. Once for a rather disappointing late brunch and a second time for a fabulous welcome back to town dinner. Their prices have definitely risen to The point where I won't be able to visit as much as I used to (and they also don't know what Eastern versus Western BBQ is, but I won't hold that against them). They're very conscious about vegan options and the dishes are still as high quality as I remember them being under the old management. Disappointed not to see any Raleigh brewing on the draft menu but the drink menu was very good. I got the most expensive vegan option of course. A North Carolina BBQ prepared maitake mushroom on mashed potatoes with a gorgeous, perfect amount of broccoli. Now the fiction kitchen has an Eastern BBQ plate which I love So I was very surprised when it showed up with a ketchup/tomato-based sauce. It was delicious Even though it was a western NC style barbecue sauce. Haha (My mom got the salmon The time blackberry cheesecake was divine. I hope they keep that one around because I'm definitely coming back for another slice. I'm happy to report that the staff are excellent, warm, friendly, and professional. Our waitress was friendly and delighted to answer all of our questions since we hadn't been for dinner yet. Brunch, the music was a little loud and by the time we actually got a table they were out of everything we wanted to order which is a little disappointing and speaks to poor planning. We did get was small but delicious. Not sure I would try brunch again unless I was really hankering for their brunch specifically and if so I would get a reservation a week ahead of time. As a person who's gone to this specific restaurant for over 2/3 of their life, I'm just glad that it's still exists and is in such good hands. I just hope they read up a little bit more on barbecue in North Carolina. And make more vegan things"

"This is the first time we were there in a few years. The food was delicious. The sound level was terrible! There were several large Swiss tables that contributed to the noise problem. They have little to no soft or noise-repellent surfaces. The service was good. Our waiter offered good suggestions. We would probably prevent the excessive noise from returning."

"The menu was great and so was the atmosphere. Unfortunately, our server was not on the stand. we ordered a bottle of wine and served the wrong bottle. later we ordered a second bottle. at this time she admitted that she had served us the wrong bottle for the first time. no concessions or apologies were offered. the food was great and the two bottles a wein were also good. the service was only not on the same level."
