"Out of the whole meal the only things good about the place were the mozzarella in my Mediterranean salad, the red wine and the portions. Nothing memorable about the dinner. I think they need a new chef. We go to an Italian restaurant here in Melbourne called The Dove which consistently serves fabulous food, Rossellini?s can take a lesson or 2 from the dove. It was also our anniversary dinner so the experience was anti climactic. Should?ve gone somewhere else. Oh well?"

"5 stars is not enough for this Diamond in the rough. They are not always super busy, but that adds to the Masterpiece that is Chef Paul. To start, his 100 year old mother still comes out and takes care of the customers, always pushing you to eat more (like a good Italian mother should), she even turned a few chairs into a bed and brought out a pillow for our 7 year old who was super tired and falling asleep before we got there. Our waitress Nadine was excellent and took care of anything we needed. The Chef (Paul) comes out to your table to personally tell you the specials and returns after you get your food to make sure you like it. At the end he brings all the ladies in your party a beutiful rose and upon leaving the restaurant he was there to say goodbye. This truly felt like we were at our family's house eating with relatives. All of this fantastic experience doesn't even compare to the food. OH MY GOD, the food. From the appetizers to the fresh table-made Caesar salad to the entrees and dessert. I couldn't decide on what to eat and other diners there told me don't worry, no matter what you get will be awesome and THEY WERE RIGHT!! My only regret is that we live in NJ and won't be back untill next year. We will be back though and recommend anyone that is ever in Daytona Beach, you must eat at Chez Paul!! Thank you Paul, Nadine and Grandma for THE BEST dining experience we have ever had!!!!!"

"Excellent food. Two of us had dinner tonight and were pleasantly surprised that they were far above average. The salad and house dressing was excellent. The garlic bread good. The Shrimp Scampi was very tasty and the butter sauce was above average. Bread was fresh and the iced tea was very tasteful. The service was very good and the server was pleasant and comprehensible via the menu and restaurant. I couldn't ask for a better meal. This is probably the best Italian restaurant in Daytona. And I probably ate in most of them. I'll be more regular now. I need to try other choices in the menu. My colleague also had nothing to add to food and service."

"TO. DIE. FOR. Hands down one of the best steakhouses I've been to! Started with the bacon which had an amazing glaze. The filet mignon was perfectly cooked. Would recommend the Brussels sprouts, au gratin potatoes, and corn for the sides. To top it off, banana foster cake for dessert! On the pricey side but is worth it!"
