"Got the ribeye, two blackened shrimp, crab cake, and blue cheese wedge salads. Overall a great meal and good service. Would come back when staying at Winstar."

"The bar offer was really nice. It wasn't really busy because we went in the middle of the day. It was a nice quiet place to get a drink and life after losing all your money in the slots before lunch. We ordered some appetizers from the café. The fried pimples were pretty delicious. The mixed drinks were good. The beer selection was not that big, but they had some good. This bar is just a good place to relax"

"Sadly, this restaurant doesn 't even deserve one star, but Yelp requires me put at least one in order to write a review. We set reservations in order to ensure we had a table, showing up promptly at our reservation time. The young lad at the podium didn 't even greet us; I stood there waiting for him to say something before I finally told him we had reservations. His response was to look at his watch and proclaim, that 's not that time yet. So we patiently waited, only to witness a couple of women walk up, immediately receive a friendly greeting, and an escort to a table. This prompted us to approach the podium again, where a different employee greeted us and escorted us to our table. Our waiter visited us immediately and much to our surprise and dismay, was the same impersonal fellow who was at the podium when we first arrived. He asked if we needed anything to drink, to which we all replied, no thanks, water will be fine. He seemed to hover over our table, visiting us three times in five minutes asking us if we were ready to order. Finally placing our order, he left the dining area and we didn 't see him again for some time. My wife and I sat there with empty glasses of water, while various other waitstaff passed us by with not so much as a glance in our direction. After several minutes waiting for our water refills, our waiter shows himself at our table, hurriedly refilling our glasses from some pitchers of water sitting on the tray next to us. All without saying a word. Our food finally arrives, albeit incomplete: my wife ordered a side dish with her chicken, which the waiter promised, would be out soon. The kitchen should be able to plan the side dish and entree service together, especially when you 're paying $30 for a breast of chicken. Anyway, diving right into my cedar planked salmon, I noticed the inside seemed a bit cool . Not so much as frozen mind you, but definitely not 140° or anywhere close to it. Getting the attention of our waiter who only had one table to serve, yet wasn 't even hanging out in the dining area to check on us I explained my food was not yet done and asked that he take it back. No offer to replace it, no apology, not even a response he only picked up my plate and took it back. This is where it gets fun: we sat there and witnessed the chef explaining to our waiter in a voice loud enough to be heard over the din of dinner conversation that it 's not undercooked, that 's the way it 's supposed to be. After several minutes of arguing, the chef took the food and our waiter disappeared again. Then the manager shows her face at our table, saying that, I understand there was a problem with your food. Not offering an apology, she does ask if she can get me something else. So I order a wedge salad, thinking, it 's the cheapest thing on the menu and if the restaurant is offering me something for my troubles, it will be the easiest thing for them to comp on their books. The wedge salad arrives this time at the hands of a different runner and its presentation is mediocre at best. But why look a gift horse in the mouth, so I eat it while the rest of my family enjoys their food. This has all been taking place over the course of a half hour or so, and we have seen our waiter about five times. When he finally comes out again, we ask for the check. The check arrives, and we notice they took the salmon off our check, but charged us for the wedge salad. A $10 wedge salad at that!! Fed up to our eyeballs, we paid the bill, leaving a note of encouragement to our waiter on how he can improve his service to his customers. As we were leaving, the manager who offered me a replacement was at the podium. Her response as we passed by was a simple Bye . Not a sorry for your troubles , have a great evening , or hope to see you again . Nope, just a single word to describe our experience. Well, I have a single word for anyone thinking of visiting here: No"
