"They messed up our delivery order and refused to fix it unless we drove to the restaurant with the incorrect order. We confirmed the order 4 times over the phone. They wouldn’t offer any other method to fix the issue (such as a refund or delivery of the correct meal) and ruined our dinner forcing us to eat cold food. This is the first time we have had an issue. We order from them often and I am highly disappointed with their customer service."
