"Old chicken; burnt spring rolls; watered down plum sauce; missing cherry sauce for jumbo shrimp. BUT, what stood out the most was the unapologetic, dismissive customer service I received when I called to complain about the missing item and poor quality of food. Not even an apology. This is UNACCEPTABLE. If you want to spend $70 on leftovers and attitude, this is the place to call."

"I love this restaurant for its many vegetable dishes. The duck and chicken dishes are well prepared too. They often make mistakes with the dumpling order in particular (I take steamed vegie and have gotten a range of things), and if you want to change something, specify a substitute or they will use their imaginations."

"Don't be cheated by the dodgy surroundings, this place is great. Their menu is long with many choices. The Inside is very simple, quite small but they do take-out without any problem. I havent found an item on the menu that I disliked. The only negative point is that they don't have a liquor permit, so you can't order or bring your own alcohol."
