"Yes, I hesitated about reviewing this place, because I want to keep it a secret! I saw El Camaron Express has very few reviews on Tripadvisor, but I need to praise this place publicly or I won't feel like a good person :)We ate here several times during our two week trip in PV, and I would have gone more often if possible. The grilled shrimp tacos are absolutely the best I've ever had, anywhere. They're extremely simple, just a few ingredients, but the shrimp are PERFECTLY cooked every time and put on freshly made corn tortillas. This restaurant is basically a kiosk on the street, with a few tables behind it, so I didn't really get a good look at who was cooking, but whoever you are, please don't ever change! We tried the shrimp tacos, octopus tacos, shrimp tostadas, burritos, and quesadillas. Everything was excellent. The fresh bar with toppings for the dishes was great, as well. The prices are very reasonable (three tacos for 35 pesos and a beer for 20, for example), making this possibly the best value for top-notch street-style tacos in PV.The service is great and quick, the staff are bilingual and friendly, and the place is very clean.Just a note, because it's a kiosk, they do not have restrooms, but it's located in front of a shopping plaza which does.Eat here!"

"We decided to give Verona a try and were very pleasantly surprised. Shared a caprese salad which was very nice and then shared a pizza. It was very good as well. Together with cold beer and red wine, it was a nice dinner. We had dessert and asked for cappuccinos - they did not make them but ran out and down the street and brought them back from the coffee shop."

"Didn't like anything. Didn't likelĺl The Marlin taco maybe because I dont like what celery does to any cuisine. Got a mixed shrimp and scallop cocktail. It was soaking in tomato liquid. Was not impressed. The Margherita also was lacking for me. It tasted like it was made with Splenda or something. And the presentation was just not it for me. Took forever to get the food out, I almost went to the kitchen to remind him I was still waiting. Anyway. Paid, tipped and left. Won't be coming back."

"A quaint restaurant with fresh, delicious seafood. Location wise it’s off the beaten path but so worth the trip. Huge portions and very delicious. I had the garlic butter shrimp and it was the best I’ve ever had in Puerto Vallarta over the years. Great friendly service with a family feel. I’d definitely go back again."

"We enjoyed dinner at this restaurant while staying at hotel mousai. The steak was good, the potatoes were awesome, and the view was great! We tried the dessert tree and struggled to find a few bites we liked. The servers were wonderful!"
