"Hi Bertucci's Corporate! I lost my survey code so here I am. The food and service at Bertucci's Columbia is always top notch but today was a cut above. My husband and I eat at this location fairly often (at one point I was the mayor on foursquare) so I feel this rave review is justified. I was deeply impressed by our server tonight, Brittany. The way she was running the show, I thought she was the manager. Service was fast, polite and warm. I was also impressed with the way she helped the newer staff members perform their closing tasks correctly. Give this girl a promotion! As far as the food, chicken piccata and meatless farm house salad! drool, excellent as usual."

"Im beginning to think that this locations motto is to skimp like a miser on delivery orders. This is the SECOND time that Ive gotten, basically, a big cracker with nothing on it. Id ordered the California Club Flatbread, and there were 4 half cubes of avocados and 5 of the tiniest pieces of chicken on the entire Flatbread and OMG the tomatoes they normally put on there...I saw 1... NEXT, the Build Your Own Pizza Mini I paid over $27 for was like McDonalds and the 1 pickle per burger rule. EVERYTHING I added had only 2 pieces of it on the ENTIRE mini. I paid A LOT for each add on. Oh, they didnt skimp on the pizza sauce, but this isnt Chuck E Cheese. When youre paying the upcharge just to use DoorDash, you expect your order to be, at least, more complete. So, either this location is often running out of food items, has money issues or has the McDonalds rule, but Im not spending my heard earned money on this store again."

"Maria was the perfect server. Friendly and attentive. Food quality was on point. Best salad I have had since I can remember. The spinach and Alfredo side items were delicious. I typically only dine at locally owned restaurants but this is our favorite chain restaurant in our area. Always a great experience."

"Food was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend the shrimp scampi, mussels, the signature steak, and for desert the bread pudding. We sat outside and it was comfortable with large fans and tents, and not too much noise despite being next to the parking lot. We went for restaurant week so it was 3 for $44 but I still feel the regular prices were fair for the food being served. Service was great, the waitress was kind and checked on us regularly without being overbearing and the managers checked in on us a few times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. My only complaint is the lack of parking, I had to park in a curbside parking spot because there was literally maybe 20 spaces for the entire restaurant and they were completely full, so your best bet is to show up a little early and try to catch someone leaving their spot as you are coming in."
