"Käsekuchenfabrik has not trained its Toronto staff in basic customer service concepts: they recognize when the customer informs them about a problem. Look at the problem. they are not disproportionate to customers. is that too much to ask? before opening the time they allowed people to row on 2 different doors. we didn't even know there was another door. at our door were 30 people waiting after 45 minutes. the staff came and saw us through the glass door and removed the “closed” sign, but kept the door locked. we saw through glass door that other people come like a curse. that's when we realized there was another door. we waited and they came regularly and looked, but did not open the door. Finally I went to the other door and said the recipe “Hosts” that there was another long line at the other door. I also asked her to open the other door. not only they ignored me, but one of them even made a snide evaluation when I left. I went back and we waited, but they didn't open our door! They saw us and ignored us. Finally I went back to the other door and asked for manager, but they tried to block me. they tried to intimidate me through aggressive behavior and even push me aside, but I didn't go away. When this scene drew attention to all customers, they acted as sensible people and let us in. but they haven't opened the other door yet! They don't even have to explain what the 30 customers are waiting! the manager came to us because I had complained and tried to justify their decision by saying, “I couldn’t open both doors because I didn’t have enough space to sit all!” and? she ignored 30 customers waiting on the other door without so much explanation? I told her, “It would have been cautious to put a note on our door, asking people to join the other door so that they do not create this situation.” at least she assumed that it was her fault. the so-called hosts have not even this at hand. I just stayed and ate because my wife wanted to try this place. Eat and our waitress were in order, but going into a restaurant is respected about the feeling, not just eating. I would never go back to a place that is so disastrous and ignores its customers. I suggest you go to any other restaurant. there are many good restaurants nearby. ignore this restaurant, because when they go, they will ignore them!"
