"There is nothing special about this restaurant. it is average, despite the fact that the family that runs it tries to create it. the menu, and it seems to be just one for the entire restaurant, is hard to understand if. they don't speak spanglish because it is a confusing mix of the two languages. I had the cattle-huarachen and the Chorizo-Taco and was neither different from any other Taco place in pvr. if they're here, they'll enjoy."

"Calamar Aventurero aka The Frisky Squid is located across the street from the GR grocery store. It's a small cozy open air restauraunt with tables and bar stool service on the sidewalk. Fresh seafood (seafood maket is next door), everything is made up fresh....They are open for breakfast thru lunch closing mid afternoon. Breakfasts are great."

"We ordered Paella Del Mar/Tierra and Brocheta De Sirloin and they were both very over done. The Paella had pieces of chicken that we could not stick a fork into and the meal was on a very dry mound of rice. This was the first time that we had paella that was not a stew. This one had no broth. The so-called Sirloin on the skewer was also so overly done it was like jerky. No taste and again we could not stick a fork into the meat. Service was amateur-ish. No question this was not only the worst meal in all of our 13 years visiting PV but it was the worst meal we have tried anywhere. Do not waste your time or money. Go right next door to La Dulce and have a very good modestly price Italian meal while in the area."
