"Don’t expect to go here and walk right in. Reservations are basically required. My family had a reservation and while we were waiting my daughter fell asleep in her stroller. I was told by the hostess the stroller wasn’t allowed into the restaurant because of a fire hazard. I carried my daughter in and when we got to our oversized table asked the hostess to move the 2 extra chairs and ask if the stroller could go against the table in place of the chairs. I was told again its a fire hazard and she could block the area. I Didnt understand this since the chairs are in the walkway when someone is sitting in them compared to the size of my stroller. I let it go and we had our lunch. As we were leaving we saw 2 other strollers in the restaurant, blocking walkways and that were much bigger than mine. Im disappointed in rain forest cafe. The policy should be the same for everyone. Our food was okay, nothing out of this world. Our waitress was attentive and very kind. I would go back for the experience since my kids love being there with the animals and “thunder storm.”"

"My daughter and I came in to eat and we were immediately seated but then waited for a long time for any service. We were ready to leave when Matt, the service manager stepped in and gave us great service for the rest of the night. Highly recommend him!"

"Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and the shrimp tacos, the shrimp tacos were excellent, could do without the radish though. The grilled chicken sandwich got sent back because the chicken was not quite natural, very rubbery and definitely not grilled as you can tell from the photo. They took great care of us our server was fantastic the manager was excellent he took the chicken sandwich off of our bill and took care of the replacement meal we bought which was the beef sliders. Pretty simple atmosphere in here, straight and to the point, food and alcohol. Establishment was very clean and has a large amount of beers on tap. Bit of a tip, cook the tater tots a little longer, they were good but could have been better, sorry I'm picky about my tater tots and fries. Oh yeah the beef sliders were really good they had a onion bacon glaze on them that was outstanding."

"The experience was overall great. Both times I dined in the customer service was friendly welcoming. Kids loved the set up atmosphere 10/10 Food was 5/10. Very Expensive regular tasting. Beyond burger was decent. Ordered the Mozzarella flat bedw/arugula? best of the two."
