"I had made reservations for this restaurant several days ahead of our scheduled dinner. I received confirmation and even called the day of our dinner to confirm the reservation. When we arrived, we were surprised to see that the restaurant was empty and no food was ready at the buffet. I rechecked the website for the restaurant and confirmed that it was to be open for dinner (5pm to 10pm). Several other couples were also at the gates. They had reservations also. Absolutely no one was at the restaurant, not even any restaurant personnel. We went to the resort's front desk to inquire as to why the restaurant was not open. All they could say was that the restaurant was closed and that we could go to the other restaurants within the resort. Essentially telling us to kiss off. We inquired as to why no notification was sent to us letting us know that the restaurant was not open. The front desk had no answer, only an apology. We had traveled 30 minutes to get to the restaurant and were going to celebrate my son's 20th birthday. For a high end resort, this was a deplorable way to treat a guest visiting their resort. For those of you that wish to dine at the Villa De Flora, I wouldn't bother, even if you make a reservation because the restaurant may closed when you get there. You can't trust their website and the resort personnel giving you the correct information."

"My family and I came here for lunch and we were very happy with their Lunch Special options! We had ordered a 3-Sushi Roll Combo, two Hibachi Lunches and one Lunch Bento Box. I also ordered Mackerel sashimi which came with 2 pieces. I tried their plum wine as well and it was very sweet and refreshing. Our server was quick and kind as well. I would definitely recommend coming here for a family date out!"

"This place is so delicious !!! My girlfriend brought this to our girls night and it was to die for !!! It was the best food I have ever eaten ever. My husband and I loved it. She brought over the Hibachi Chicken Entree. You have to make sure that you asked for the the yum yum sauce, it makes the dish. Today oh, I tried the Chicken Gyoza for lunch and they were excellent!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone..."

"Eight of us came around 18:47 clock for a reservation of 6:45 clock. we waited for 10 minutes because there was no receptionist with three groups before us. When I came to the podium, the manager hunted me for a late. when I said we've been waiting for them for more than ten minutes, giving me all sorts of ideas. the waitress was good in the round, but the service was spotted by the first interaction with the manager. like most places the waitress had too many tables to be attentive. our meals were served incorrectly, a meal was missing. When the forgotten eating finally arrived, it was wrong. (cheer parm, when the order was mushroom ravioli) my gast has decided to eat the wrong meal instead of waiting for another redo. the manager has never addressed the table or the error. no meal was added. from beginning to end the meal lasted almost 3 hours, and the load was less than 25% full. Generally, it was a bad experience."

"The meat was all over coiked. We ordered steak med-rare and it was all well done. Chicken dry . Fried rice very bland same with shrimp. Was not even close to being worth the cost. Very disappointing ."

"I would never ever ever order from this place again , the wings were so tiny and overcooked like eating concrete wings with no meat on them . I payed for a large Shrimp Fried Rice and paid for additional shrimp , the shrimp was over cooked and dried out and it definitely was not extra . Ordered a General Tsos Chicken and paid for extra chicken and got the smallest portion of chicken I have ever had in my life , Pan-Fried Dumplings (4) were dried out and overcooked. I work hard for my money and havent been ordering out lately so decided to treat my family of just four of us to $60 worth of Chinese food . I was so so disaappointed that i wasted my money on this and I feel so robbed of my hard earned money. THIS PLACED SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF ITSELF . WORSE CHINESE FOOD I EVER HAD !!!!!"
