"On Thursday, the early afternoon (about 12:30) to the breakfast held there. menu offered omelet and said comes with salat. I asked if I could replace toast for the salate and they said no. at least ordered. eating was good (did not eat the salat,) service ok, price. was what I would expect for the opposite. also coffee and abi, both very good."

"Have not eaten there but the past 2 saturday nights have gone up for a couple of beers and karaoke. Service is very good, prices are cheap and the karaoke was more fun than my usual place in Houston. Extremely friendly staff and customers. Going back every saturday till we leave the 26th of this month."

"With an extensive menu this restaurant has something for everyone. Delicious Sapporo beer will accompany any of the available dishes. We were staying in Rincón de Guayabitos and even though this little town has plenty of small restaurants we opted to visit La Penita de Jaltemba, Rincón de G’s neighbor to the north. We were not disappointed; the service was excellent, staff was very friendly and the owner served a mean spicy tuna roll. We highly recommend this restaurant!"

"Beautiful view and fortunately I ordered the fish and chips. The fish and chips were made with the Dorado and there was a tartaric acid sauce with it. I became violently ill and was the only person who ordered this menu item. In any case, food poisoning."

"10/10 experience. great food, home made pastas (and I am Italian) delicious chicken dish, prime rib excellent, prawn appetizer delicious! we all barely spoke when we swallowed our delicious meals. friendly staff and service top notch. big red Spanish weeping and reasonable! what a great time and we will be back! highly recommended, reservations as busy as it should!"

"This was one of our favourite restaurants in the past few years, but it has lost some of its appeal due to a smaller menu, fewer choices and not so great food. The staff are wonderful and the kitchen copes pretty well, the ambiance is the best thing about the place with a lovely setting in an old Mexican home.... but the food is not up to par anymore..maybe as they have two restaurants now and the other one (El Rodeo) is more popular...."
