"Really beautiful ambiente certainly better than most Indian restaurants. very friendly and helpful service staff. mango Lassi was not too bad. Chicken kebab was hard and cordy really bad: lamb biryani was fat and the lamb was hard. naan might not feel fresh, maybe they just heated and served us some prefabricated naan pretty bad. Chicken tikka masala was kind of ok. overall really bad experience didn't happen again safely."

"The Best!!. I experience good and bad days with all restaurants but I have never had a bad day at Shanghai on Thayer Street. The atmospher, view, staff and food have always been great. My favorite is the Beef Teriyaki with an order of Chicken Shrimp Pad Thai. They have even recently added a full sushi bar with some of the best prices and delicious sushi in RI. Don't just take my word for it, go try it for yourself and if for some reason you do have an issue with something you order just ask to see the owner, he is always overseeing and ready to please you to insure you have a great dinning experience."

"They wait for a seat on the Hibatchi tables, but went on a Saturday night at 6 and sat immediately on one. the service was friendly and the food was delivered immediately to the table, hardly waited. some of their sushi dishes are a bit more on the expensive side, but from some of the other places I was, but it is a good quality with great presentation."

"Really enjoyed Noodles 102! Stopped in for a quiet birthday dinner and it exceeded my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and served promptly. The service was impeccable, just the right balance of attentive and conversational by the wonderful gentleman working the dining room. I noted on the reservation that it was a birthday for the occasion and without a word, a delicious chocolate lava cake with a candle was brought out at the end of our meal. I definitely appreciated the attention to small details and the generosity. It 's a small and cozy sort of place and just the sort of ambience we like. There was quiet conversation among the other diners, nothing too loud, and just perfect. My 11 year old absolutely adored his custom noodle bowl with chicken and ramen noodles and is begging me to learn how to make the broth because he says he needs a 55 gallon barrel filled with that broth! Haha. We 'll definitely be back to try more of the menu, everything looked so good it was hard to settle on just one dish! Pro tip: try the pan fried dumplings and the nime chow! Soooo good!"

"This restaurant is a little inconceivable, in which search, only 4 tables were occupied, but nary a white guy on everyone and I clearly heard mandarin coming from a table. the menu was typical for most American gay Chinese places, but some of the suggestions were very shanghai sounding the cover also sport an interesting gangnam flavor label I found fascinating."

"I really enjoyed the sushi here, the rice had a strong edgy taste that I don't seem to have many sushi places was not overwhelming, but it made the sushi everything that I better. Tuna reels, and yellow tail rolls are always mine, and I really liked the yellow tail roll it was definitely one of the best I had before. the sushi came with misosuppet and an salad, both were great and the salat had a homemade dressing, but was not the usual ingwer dressing her in the rule to find at a Japanese resteraunt, it was different and very good, it also had a good edgy taste."
