"After reading the reviews here, I had to try the chicken pad Thai, and I'm glad I did. It was cooked just right and came with plenty of fresh, zesty sauce. I had a hibiscus soda that was a real treat, as well as a glass of fresh lemonade (as it was really hot in Huatulco and I was parched).Reserve a table if you're coming for supper, but if you're like me and you're looking for a late lunch / early dinner, then you should be able to get in without a reservation. Service available in Spanish and English."

"Huatulco is a sleepy little town with not a lot to do. Mexico is trying to build up this port as a destination location. Beautiful beaches and bays to hang out at for a day. Mar y Luz is one of eight bar/restaurants at the port right on the beach. We enjoyed some beers and shrimp tacos. I'm not sure this one is any better than the others but the water is about 20' away and you can spend the day enjoying the ocean, libations, and view."

"We met up with some friends that are locals there for a fun night of dancing. The staff was very nice and willing to accommodate to our music choices. I ordered a shrimp cocktail and it was ok. Our friends had pizza and said it...was very good. I would go back here for dancing and the drinks. Not so much for the food."

"On était 2 clients dans le resto. En arrivant, le patron avait sa bière et il s'est ouvert une bouteille de vin pendant le service. Il s'est ensuite branché sur internet pendant la repas...qui était excellente en passant. Pas offert de café ni de dessert. Faut croire que c'était tranquille à la marina et que l'on est mal tombé. On n'y retourne pas. À moins de s'acheter un bateau."

"Estuvimos en Huatulco del 23-27 de febrero, de los cuales 2 días fui a comer a lechalote, y fue un servicio de primera, se nota cuando los dueños están al pendiente de un lugar! Cuidan todos los detalles, la comida muy rica el señor Terry y su esposa encantadores!Muy limpio todo, hubiéramos ido más veces pero nos teníamos ya que regresar a casa!Lo recomiendo mucho!"
