"We stopped here twice to eat and both of them were amazing. the deep-fried appetizers vegan garnelen, tofu nuggets, spring rolls, tempura were super delicious and crispy all with different sauces. there is a large selection of traditional Thai dresses in a vegan version and some international foods. they also have a large selection of hot and icy crimpedes. the personal is really nice, although they don't speak English, but the menu is all with pictures and also in English, so it's not a problem:"

"This is a Thai fish restaurant. they do not have a gluten-free menu, but they are very willing to accentuate when they say when what can eat (sweet sauce, utter sauce, knorr, etc.) they will tell them which menu points they can create or customize for them. my personal favorites:. fried bass with fish sauce (ask for new oil, stir fried cabbage, fresh garnel with fish sauce and jungle soup. if they bring their own GF sauces, they like to use them to make other dishes."

"Great food. Deep fried sea bass was great, but not as crispy as one I've had in a seafood restaurant. Beef was tender. Durian ice cream was very nice and light too. Service however was lacklustre. Hardly any smile from the server. Some people had to wait very long for their food"

"Many have warned the long waits, high prices, and mediocre food at Jay Fai. Against them all, I decided to brave the negative reviews. Simply no regrets. Not many who visit revered restaurants can say that they have eaten food cooked by the named chef himself. This would be the first time myself for a restaurant after achieving a Michelin star, and I have paid way more for less greatness. To achieve such fame yet still insist to cook every dish herself, deserves all our respect. To Jay Fai, thank you for blessing the world with your cooking. I wish you the best of health and ความสุข. To manage expectations, I visited on a Friday, arrived at 8.15am (45mins before opening) and got a queue number of 27. They sat 11 tables the first seating. Our total waiting time was 3 hours to be seated and 4 hours for food from the time we arrived."

"Went for lunch after long public holidays Songkran and most ingredients are not available. I do understand that they couldn't serve all the menu but the taste of ordered menu were just ok. The service was a little slow. May be I have to come back and give it another go!"

"We waited a long time for our order to be taken and then even longer for the food to arrive. On ordering a Thai dish the owner didn't know what ingredients it had however assured me it was vegan. When it finally arrived it had egg in it. Once explained, it was swapped after quite some time for a very basic replacement. Not really a Thai dish considering what I paid."
