"Dinner was 10/10. Service was 6/10. The hostesses were super friendly helpful if we wanted to switch to an indoor table instead of being outside. It was cold, they have heating overhead, but it didn't seem much to do with the wind in the night. We sat alone for 15 minutes with only water. Finally we ordered drinks apps, our apps came another 15 min before we even get our cocktails (2 martinis a margarita- quite basic). They seemed to be understated, our waitress seemed new/ was usually nowhere to find. On the plus side the whole food was really delicious. The bathroom, the oysters, the shells, the GIANT lobster tail, the salmon?. YUM! But for their high prices, fantasy atmosphere, delicious food, great reputation, the service should be much higher quality."

"Absolutely brilliant, I ate there two days in a row... I had a bowl that had shrimps (very fresh!, black beans, rice, roasted maize and Avacado. it was so full of taste it was ridiculous, I highly recommend this place!"

"I came with a family from the city and my family on 3/13/22 and I really enjoyed it! When we came there, we ordered immediately and our waitress was very attentive to our orders and helpful. Our food came out in about 20 minutes and it was delicious!! I got the American and it was mouthwater. My family also enjoyed their food. I also live the new remodel! I had a party here in 2018 and outside had changed so much! Overall I loved this place and I would definitely recommend and come back!"

"Booked an early dinner, wanted to check this place out for a while. Having read some of the reviews, I was a little reluctant, but we were promptly seated. Ordered drinks, the bar was a little slow, but nothing to complain about. My wife ordered the steak salad, which was good. I ordered the prime burger and sweet potato fries and a salad. Burger was really good, two patties cooked to order, they brought fries instead of the sweets, but they corrected the mistake and the sweet potato fries were tasty. Would have been better hot. The salad was fresh with two big strips of bacon. Overall the food, service and ambiance of the restaurant was between fair and good. Might give them another shot, but wouldn't rush back."

"Had friends come visit from Chicago and Denver for a bday weekend celebration. This dinner was supposed to be one of the best moments of the entire weekend. Not so much. Had to wait a bit, though there was a reservation. The ambiance was fun, lively conversation all around. We ordered our drinks, was well over half an hour to receive. Two of us (including myself) ordered dirty Martinis, bland and warm. The others said their drinks were watered-down bc the ice had melted. We mentioned to our server what was going on, she explained there was only one bartender. I ordered another one, as the other 4 were just getting annoyed. When the food finally arrived the ones that ordered fish seemed to be pleased (which makes sense), I however ordered the filet mignon (1st in over 7 years). To say I was not impressed is an understatement. I have had better at an Outback Steakhouse chain. Our server brought us the birthday ice cream, began singing and then walked away after the first verse. Manager finally came to help solve any issues, explained how they were short on staff, etc. Not really our problem, lower prices on the menu or seat less people. He did remove the cost of our drinks. The servers looked a bit sloppy, the food basic, and definitely was embarrassed. Minus the view and somewhat cool (yet dated) decor was about the only thing satisfying. Would not recommend."
