"Bei meinem letzten Besuch im Frühjahr war ich ja alles andere als glücklich, da hat wirklich fast nichts gepasst, jetzt ist auf einmal alles anders.Gib jedem eine zweite Chance, getreu dem Spruch habe ich mir gedacht man muss es nochmal probieren und bin über diese Entscheidung mehr als glücklich!!Der Service sehr freundlich, das Ambiente toll, aber den größten Sprung hat man bei der Küche gemacht.WIr hatten vorweg einen Salat, sehr okay, und die Fischsuppe, sicherlich die mit Abstand beste in Gmunden (für etwa 12 Euro darf sie das auch sein). Schön tomatig, gute Schärfe, schöne EInlagen von Mies und Venusmuscheln, Calamare, Shrimps und Krebs, herrlich!! Supergut!!DIe Pizza ist eine ganz andere als noch im Frühjahr, schöner Belag, knuspriger Rand, schmackhafte Tomatensauce und nochmals erwähnt sehr wertiger Belag!Die Pasta mit Scampi schön al dente, gut abgeschmeckt, für mich vielleicht einen Tick zu wenig tomatig, aber sehr gut!Wenn das Cesare auf diesem Level weiterkocht wird es hier bald von Stammgästen wimmeln, bin ich überzeugt. Top, weiter so!!"
