"At the latest since the tireless work of the prestigious Ingolstadt critic legend “manowar” the attentive Ex RK and GG Forist know that wearing Old School Metal shirts and culinary ambitions do not always exclude. In the case of this restaurant recommendation, it is also my employee Stefan, who has been involved in Heavy Metal T Shirts and Stone Washed Jeans, who, according to his most severe prejudices, would rather testify to the daily Mettbrötchen as a deep affection to Sashimi and Bento Boxen. Mr. S. is sometimes difficult with reviewing Asian kitchens, good to know that one cannot evaluate the following of Anthony Bourdain TV work and reading of Food Literature a person who can only evaluate these kitchens in a solid way. Because let's look at the truth, even in German cities, it is often difficult to eat really good asian, if you don't know the occasional secret tips – and whether the foods are authentic, there is not much to say. I would like to say that if you do not have much work in Asia and appreciate national cuisine, it is difficult to feed on your own expertise. But if it convinced me how it was on Monday afternoon, I would like to find a few humble, recommending words, although I can only judge the authenticity of my court very theoretically, for example. The Sansushi restaurant is centrally located in Hagen, not far from the train station, and is located in a renovated building complex dating from the 1950s, called "Elbcenter" and a beautiful green courtyard. Parking is a single pleasure, plenty of space for the vehicle, but striking for a quiet city like hagen, which really with every user-friendly visitor, are the comparatively strict parking fees. The entrée des sansushi is conceivable inconspicable, running customers will certainly find more rare in the premises and it does not look very welcoming. Outside and inside I feel the combination of Westphalian postwar architecture and Asian bamboo decoration as something wanted, but I prefer a small cliché instead of the absolutely minimalist New Age Asians, even if it looks a little like a Tiki bar in the heart of Prypjat. It was a student day with approx. 24 degrees we took place in the pretty courtyard and were noticed by a woman – allegedly a Korean woman – in the Middle Ages and asked sufficiently friendly for drinks requests, while the cards were enough. Yes, the cards, the eternal song with the Asians, overwhelms me the selection less intellectually than emotional, always these choices, each selection also means simultaneous abandoning of others, possibly even better treated, terrible. The Sansushi offers a variety of Sushi and Sashimi variants (an indication of Running Sushi is not available on the map, although I have posted an appropriate tread inside, but in parts leave the absolute mainstream well, in addition there are also a variety of warm dishes: there are Rasmen, fried noodles and a variety of Don(buris, a Japanese rice dish served in a bowl of different fish. It is good that my two competitors did not make the decision easier than I did, although they already have Veteran status here, but they were ordered after about 5 minutes of strenuous leaves, because Mr. First mostly still in the haptic assessment of the cover. In contrast to my colleagues' refreshments, my Bitter Lemon – €0.2l to €2.40 was not served in the gastro bottle, in addition without ice and lemon, even slightly poor in carbonic acid, the well-kept drink of our dreams looks different. The food was then waited for it, first my colleague was delivered incorrectly, instead of a chicken spin, he was served shrimps in the Tempura coat with Teriyaki sauce, which initially surprised him but then not long from eating through acute undersugar. Then, beaten 30 40 minutes later (it was not really full, except for us at the time of order just a few guests, later clearly came the most important foods, here you should bring some time. My two competitors chose a small combo of Maki, Nigiri and Uramaki, and I finally realized the opportunity to make a famous Korean street food, the inexpressible bibimbap that sounds skurril for our ears. Bibimbab with beef marinated in soy sauce €9.50 (7.50 € as a lunch menu For the information of the inclined reader I had to look briefly what I had written on Wikipedia*räusper* think it is well prepared: “Bibimbap (debate: pibimp͈ap̚ is a popular Korean brewery prepared with rice and various vegetables, some beef, one. The tablet presented to the sophisticated critic hoped that the whole thing looked colorful and smelled wonderfully to Far Eastern ingredients. Since my court can also be found on the Mitagskarte, I believe that the addition of the three small spring rolls is due to this circumstance, but I am not sure. These were not out of the bag, crispy and hot together with the rather mild sweet chili sauce and the aromatic filling led to a delicious little starter. The bowl with my main dish had dimensions that would certainly have made a small family full of, by the way, this was hot preheated, which I found painful when I wanted to embellish the trunk somewhat (thanks to the trail, dizzying lotus blossom from the service... On a bed of almost ethereal soft Udon noodles (I had garnished instead of rice The whole was crowned by a perfect garden mirror with a slightly liquid core in the egg yolk and the chilisauce already mentioned by Wikipedia. “Best practice” in this court, at least in the reti variant, it is necessary to mix the whole after serving, but I have not quite decided by fork, which priority I prefer, only so that I can taste individual things better. The meat, I think, Hip Steak, convinces with a butter soft consistency, really incredibly delicate, also tasteful thanks to the marinade among others, with the notes of a good Teriyaki sauce: Mirin, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and a subtle sweet accompanied the fine stripes of beef. A well-composed spoon made of meat, chilisauce, noodles, liquid egg and a cabbage made such, even without touristic suburb experiences to Korea, at least the modest critic was satisfied in this respect and still not the huge portion. The accompanying salad can be found in the absence of a dressing (I think there was something sesame and finely cut carrot above, if I really remember it instead of a nicely shattered raw food arrangement, I did not really need it. The payment was in cash without any problems, on the first page of the card I discovered the indication that EC cards are only accepted by 15, credit cards only by an invoice amount of 40 euros. My court convinced me: Many details such as the preheated bowl, the magnificent spring rolls, fresh vegetables or the delicious chilli sauce made a very positive impression. I also enjoyed the sushi of my fellow fighters. I'm not a big sushi fan, and I'm not an expert at all, but I've erased more than enough to make a comprehensive recommendation that contains the sushi. The service was somewhat very factic, short and hardly present, and I could also experience a whole trace of empathic and friendly in Asian restaurants, here clear air up and the weakness of this visit. Even in the ambience I don't really get into warming, but I didn't feel like that, the same applies to cleanliness, something has come in the years, doesn't mean it's a sloppy thing! So, with focus on eating, my conclusion for the Sansushi is a smooth 4 – again happy! (1 – certainly not again, 2 – hardly again, 3 – if it returns, 4 – again happy, 5 – after a kitchen trip absolutely again"
