"The restaurant impresses with a culinary diversity that deals with creations around the world. Each month there is a 3 or 5 courses menu or the possibility to surprise yourself with 3, 4 or 5 courses. The official menu and menu can be displayed on the Internet. My husband and I chose the big menu as some points were very good with me. Nut allergy also played no role. Here the cook even came personally to discuss everything in order not to accidentally cause allergic reactions. The drinks were served about 3 4 minutes after the order, well cooled in glasses. Unfortunately, the speciality that my husband drank was able to compete with the Cola in Swienemünde. The same applies to my Rhabarber Schorle. Both were very watery. At the Schorle this was not bad, because I had similar conditions at home, but it was only surprised, for example, because it tastes more fruity in the supermarket or in other restaurants. I even have to confess, I finally wondered if powder was used with my drink because at the end of the soil was a white set that had reminded me of my vitamin shower tablets. Vanilla dominates and it is a very interesting taste experience. You have to try, but my new favorite dish won't. My husband found the salmon perfect and not too dry, but he lacked spices. Lacht sweet, was very uninhabited for him. There was a field salad with floral decoration and a thin slice of garlic bread. That was definitely brilliant. It could harmonize with Bruschetta. "I booked the buffet for dinner. They offer 3 different seats with a certain time slot. If you want to sit on the windows, they invite you a little more. We did what was nice, we had a great table. The food in...esself is very average. The crowd is about quality. Unlimited wine and beer, however, seems to be an attractive option. The hot selection of dishes looked quite sloppy, so we decided to stay at the cold dishes and they were good. Shrimp, salmon and herring is quite difficult to go wrong. The desserts were good. With every pleasant dinner, it would have been even better if the time slots had been a little longer. 1 1/2 hours felt a bit stressed. The waiter insisted to go through the restaurant with my plate so I could see it in the daylight. So I should be stuck behind my plate where the food was colder (beautiful rhyme), once out and back. While my companion was allowed to chew his food alone. No, thanks. The fact that no red meat juice came out and the meat in the mouth fell through another texture (everything fritted), as well as through another taste, was therefore also the light. No to me. I worked for periods of study, in worse restorations. But we never talked to guests! And she never asks for her food. Not even an espresso was offered to us as an excuse.
