"Great experience as always. Lisa our server was excellent and friendly, anticipated our chips were getting low and brought us fresh hot chips multiple times. Loved our fave Panchos nachos and fajitas were delicious too. The ranch jalapeño dip is delish and the salsa was good but slightly too much heat for the two of us. Fun Chuy?s shirts that get new designs every few months. Cool vibes and ambience with palm trees in the restaurant, each room has a different theme. We?ll definitely be back and they even have a military discount! No masks were required."

"Everything tasted good. Waitress was the only employee visible to the dining area. Paid over $60 for lunch for three of us and all of us are hungry enough we’re contemplating stopping for fast food on the way home. You can’t charge over $20 a person and serve portions that leave people hungry in Lubbock, TX. I can spend $20 less and feed my family so much that they leave food on their plates and that food can be spectacular within a 5 mile radius of this restaurant. I feel absolutely taken advantage of. Will not be back."

"We went to relax and enjoyed the live music. The disadvantage is that it ended at 10PM and the atmosphere was really right. Even the service was not the worst, but not the best. I understand it was an off-peak night, but be sure to check on all your customers."

"We used to love this place, it’s gone downhill drastically since our last visit. We had a table of 7 people, we were seated almost immediately, which is unusual for a Friday night. Everyone ordered, the waiter was very pleasant, issue was the food. The first meal came out about 10 minutes before everyone else’s. The waiter came by about 10 minutes later and saw 2 in our party were still waiting for their food and asked what they had. 10 more minutes went by and one person got their food. Fifteen minutes later, when everyone else was almost done, the waiter came out again and asked what they were still waiting on. About 5 minutes later, someone from the kitchen brought out the wrong order. Another 5 minutes later, they finally bring out his food. After everyone is done eating (mainly waiting for the 1 person because everyone else was finished already), we asked for the check. We asked if there was any discount because he had to wait so long and they said no, there’s nothing we can do. Very disappointed, like I said, this used to be a good place to eat."

"Very friendly staff who were very helpful and patient in showing me menu options. Food was delicious! Orange chicken had a nice tangy flavor and the rice reminded me of a more traditional sticky rice. Large portion size, even ordering the small o had leftovers. Maple donut had a nice soft dough with a hint of a vanilla/cake flavor. Highly recommend!"
