"We went here with our team for lunch. The place is intimate, cozy and suitable for discussion. <br>

I ordered the pumpkin soup, paella (tastes really good), the catch of the day (tastes amazing) and the picatostes (a different take on your regular churros). <br>
<br>
Service was a little slow although there weren't many guests at the time. Quite expensive but the food is great. Perfect for casual business meetings."

"We are definitely coming for the unlimited Wagyu and other offers. My personal favorite are the prawns and scallops. They serve everything frozen and you have 90 minutes to order and cook everything. <br>

* Per tip. Ask one of the staff to do the cooking and fanning for you (yes, you need to fan the coals to cook faster). But be ready to tip the staff. I give 200 pesos. It's not that bad considering how much time you save and of course, you can really enjoy your food. <br>

And since the staff who serve us don't leave our table (with the exception of our usual order runs) I had the opportunity to ask them about the ingredients. The Wagyu is ground meat, frozen and cut into square shapes (I know, right? But tasty nonetheless). The shrimp and other seafood are also flown in from Japan frozen. I can't distract myself why the prawns taste different than what we usually buy in the market. It's definitely sweeter and tastier without the sauce. My partner told me that the fishing boats in Japan are more advanced and have a freezer to freeze the seafood immediately after catching it to keep it fresh. I don't know how true, but his face was very serious. Their shrimp are seasonal too. <br>

"Back to that hidden gem in the corporate center in Salcedo. There is a big “YES!” When my friend asked me if I was okay to have dinner in Tsumura. <br>

My first meal is definitely a good experience, everything is soooo delicious. We tried to go to a few restaurants in the Makati area but most of them are closed on Sundays. Good news! Tsumura is open ???? <br>

This place is underrated, not as popular as other Japanese restaurants we knew. But I can say that this place is authentic Jap Resto .. simple .. there are a lot of Japanese are dinners ???? <br>

For starters we had Chikuwa Cheese Age (P220) 4 pieces of squid filled with cheese. It's like an updated version of calamari. I love it! <br>

For our main course we had Ebi Tempura (P590), 5 pieces of prawns, served with vegetarian tempura. Delicious plump prawns ????. Another is Beef Usuyaki (P690) 6 pcs. One of my favorites here, it's made of mushrooms wrapped in thin beef garnishes with thin strips of carrot ....

"I have been a Wine Club buyer for over 12 years. I would say cases and cases of wine. About a year ago they recommended wine that was about 2k per bottle. I accepted and bought a suitcase that contains 12 bottles. I opened a bottle about a week later and it was bad. The cork crumbled and the wine tasted like vinegar. I thought it was just a bottle, but each one I opened was equally bad. I had 6 left and tried to return it. They took the bottles but never refunded me the 6, let alone the 12, even if I only asked for credit to buy other wines. It's been more than 6 months and not a solution as they make me wander around every time I call, even though I've been a loyal, high paying customer for over 12 years."

"Grilled objects all tasted the same. I didn't kill you. that's all. don't get me wrong, it didn't taste bad. the grilled items were really delicious, but as they tasted equally, it is like eating the same plate, regardless of wether they ordered bark or gizzard or chorizo or lamb. the kung pao chicken is a strong serve and tasted good. I have mixed feelings about the baby cabbage. the smashed gurke was the highlight of the night. everywhere the food was good and the food stuff had a few wins.<br br/> what turned me off was the personal. the personal was loud, grumsy and inattentive. they left out a series of exletive within the earstake of customers and would give customer requests apart as if they could not be disturbed until one of them actually stands up to do/forgot it."

"I'm giving this place a 3 because I wasn't quite satisfied with the food and service. The location and ambience is great! But the food wasn't all that good like how I used to know.. The Baby Back Rib though tender, it tasted dull. The Lasagna on the other hand was covered in generous amount of meat which I was happy about, but it wasn't all that good as well.<br>

Also, it was completely uncomfortable that during our dine in, the staff decided to eat their late lunch just two tables across us, in between taking our orders. Which means, every time we called their attention, they had to stop eating Or call another one of their co-worker to assist us. It felt like they didn't want to get disturbed. Its also unethical.????"
