"Just a great place to notice that the two operators are full blood gastronomics! Autodidakt! The food is excellent and refined combined and appealing to matching, different blankets, so the eye eats with it. The menu changes regularly from the daily offers and contains new features in addition to traditional and recurring classics. Also noteworthy are the desserts, which round off the whole as a matching i-cup. Ambience is suitable, combination of “normal” Bavarian economy, Mediterranean winter garden or vault environment. So there's something for everyone. Price performance is right! I have my 50. Birthday celebrated and used the catering for my wife for the same occasion. To this end, it is absolutely positive that Marlene once recommended us fish in the combination. I was skeptical, because fish is often too dry at the buffet. She also explained that she left the fish an idea and she was right, the salmon was just perfect! I hadn't eaten a better fish at any hotel buffet! My top recommendation not only for new enthusiasts but in any case for the Inntal and also for the extended region. PS: After my 50th has been back for a few years, they maintain their level over all the years, which is not a matter of course with very well-rated locals. Some rest on their laurels. From my point of view, it is more incentive for the Valuga to see what you can also see at your “twin point” at Lake Neubeur ... and in very nice weather they decide not to operate both in the sense of maximising profits (which others would certainly do), but rather to operate only one reasonable and their claim adequately on the day and concentrate on it."
