"We went to this location to celebrate my Father's 66th birthday. We did reserve a room for our family as it is quite big. We had a total of close to 20 people with us. We were only given 1 waitress (this review is definitely NOT about her. She gave great customer service and did the best she could with what she was given). We got there around 7pm it took over an hour for our food orders to be placed, and it took over 20 mins per drink that we ordered. The food was good, but the portion size for the price is not even measurable if you ask me. I have been to several locations in Houston, and the service and treatment is a lot better, especially when you are paying over $700 worth of food and drinks. Also, make sure people know if you rent out a room for privacy that there is a minimum charge of food ordered. This should not have been disclosed at the end of the night but rather upon booking this room. The manager seemed to be a little nicer than expected, but there still were a lot of issues. Just treating good paying customers a little better is all I'm going to say."

"Casa Ole, what happened to y 'all! Hot sauce isn 't the same, beans, tacos everything has changed! And not for the best! Casa Ole used to be so consistent, now, hit and miss. Sunday night dinner w family, no other restaurants were open. Go back to your original recipes! We dined at the Twin City Groves,Tx location. Service was great, poor guy didn 't have much to work with, out of stock of aLOT of regular items! The Central Mall location is a never again for us."

"Lovely place. Been awhile since I was there. Ordered chicken fried steak and it was tasty but not for the price. At the Texas Roadhouse it is twice the size and 3 dollars cheaper. Mashed potatoes and green beans were very good and I am not a green bean person. A friend had fish tacos and said if he had a fish stick it would have been more fish. For me fish don't belong in a taco so no problem. Another couple on a diet were going to split a meal and told wait staff but they never got an extra plate to split! Rest of orders looked ok. Wait staff was very friendly."

"You do not take orders later than 8:30 a week, do not know about the weekends. I wasn't in years because everything tasted the same years, but I gave them another attempt when my best friend wanted some, they dissolved the taste. The popcorn shrimp was good, but her size was like a Lima bean size, very, very small or even cocktail shrimp cut in half broken. It cost her almost $12 for a Jumbo size container with rice...mind The container was like a Med container, but it was completely messed up. Your food is always fresh, but its taste and size for me. I say try to see them yourself what you think..."
