"Warm atmosphere with friendly staff. Food is relatively pricey given the small portions and quality. We tasted several tapas: garlic shrimps had a burned oil smell, not really recommended. Patatas bravas were tasty especially with the aioli sauce. Octopus dish was well grilled, but I have personally tried much better octopus meals at New American restaurants with better cooking styles and more thoughtful sauce combinations. Paellas had a decent portion and were tasty, definitely recommend it. Churros with chocolate and dulce de leche sauces were really good too. Overall, good food and nice experience, but not pleasing enough to go back anytime soon, if ever."

"Ordered food via UberEATS from this place. We did not get any rice along with the dishes. Usually most Chinese restaurants provide a generous side of plain rice for each dish ordered but for the cost, it was disappointing to not find any and get cooking again!"

"After seeing the great reviews of Celeste, we went for dinner without a reservation and managed to get in without any trouble. We ate outside. They only asked that the table be freed up by 8:30 pm since there is a wave of diners coming at that hour. Anyway, we spend 1 1/2 hours and had an amazing dinner. See the photos. Service is fast, and bilingual. The sign outside the door is actually a small piece of fabric, blowing in the wind. So if this is your first time, don 't miss the restaurant since it 's difficult to notice the sign."

"Had a very cool afternoon with my friends. Loved the ambience, the food was freshly prepared. The owner prepared special dishes for us, he communicated and explained the dishes very well and even suggested what we should eat. He was very hospitable. I love all the experience. Thanks to the good weather we sat outside and it was so much fun. Will highly recommend this place and will certainly return back here. It's a bit expensive, but the experience is amazing."

"Service and food above average but not great. The bibimbap was fine, fresh ingredients and pretty tasty. Nothing super special. I had the Ulmyeun (seafood with noodles). The broth was tasty, but the seafood was pretty sparse. About 6 tiny shrimps, 6 small pieces of squid and one mussel. Also the green veg and egg shown in the menu photo were pretty much absent. They forgot to bring my drink, but did take it off the menu and give me a can to go."

"My husband and I went to Nora's on recommendation from our friends for our anniversary. It was a true delight! The food Oh! was amazing. I had the Sabzi, so fresh! The hummus, a dream! The staff was just cool and comfortable. I had a cake brought there in advance to surprise my husband. The did so great with signals on when to bring it out, it was hilarious my husband had no idea. We will definitely be making Nora's a regular visit when we are in Dallas. I recommend it highly!"
