"Most fast food joints have gotten truly sloppy over the years it seems like they just dont care about anything anymore; but the ppl who work here make eating out feel like fast food can be worth it again! This place always serves satisfaction! The staff is always nice they pay attention to customers! The food is hot correct! The floats are wonderful! Its always clean! Its the employees who make the difference this place has good ppl working!! Always enjoyable!!"

"Very bad experience, we had a lunch reservation for 11am. So we were the 3rd table seated, it wasnt busy. We ordered Soup, Calamari, fries, and a crab feast platter(steamed). 20 minutes later our fries and calamari came out. The waitress then told us they are not serving the soup they already let us ordered, so we dropped it off our order. Fries were not great, the calamari was good. Our platter came out after an hour, noon, our fries and calamari were long finished. Our platter of crab was completely cold, it was not streamed. So we sent it back to be properly streamed. At 1215 we are served the crab pictured below. It was completely over cooked and chewy. This was the worst crab we have ever had. The service was very poor also the waitress seemed to be short with us every time she came by. Very sad experience, I wish it would of been good. I will never go back to eat here."

"The Sizzler is only a poor shadow of what it once was. The Sizzler in Sparks served up a plate of spectacular sadness especially for what was touted as the manager 's Special for Sunday 8/28/22. I really wanted a steak and for $27.99 I had my expectations up. I didn 't expect what I got. A very thin piece of mostly fat that ended up being only 8 small bites of what meat I could find. The cooking job on that Child 's Portion was uninspiring to say the least furthermore, that special only came with one side. I chose the baked potato it was very small as well. I will never set foot in that place again. On top of that, my Wife really wanted the salad bar, but she took a look at it and decided to get a chicken sandwich instead. She said it was good, but I think she was being overly generous from other chicken sandwiches I 've seen. I left still hungry."
