"Deeply disappointing. Back in the early days I used to LOVE BFF. Specifically the Shroom Burger. This was an embarrassment to what it once was. Meat was burnt, tough and somehow had their beef bacon stuck to the patty.. burger comes with cheese and I paid an extra $1.50 for extra cheese, only to receive not a single slice of cheese. Very little flavour outside of the aioli which was put on unevenly and rather sparingly. Ordered a side of Vegetarian Gravy to dip my burger, for $2.50 and received a lukewarm, 1.15oz container that was empty 1/2 way through my burger, which I chose not to finish because it was not pleasant to eat. Really, really disappointing. As I said, I truly used to love this place and was hoping to enjoy the food I used to but this just isnt it. Hope this was a slip up and that their quality hasnt tanked this dramatically because that would be a shame. They genuinely once had a great product and this doesnt even begin to resemble what it used to be."
