"Wasn 't impressed was disappointed bc their menu sounds good when you initially look it up, which is what prompted my wife I to try it. Came in on a dead Thurs night just after happy hour unfortunately, wish Id of came earlier bc I didn 't expect to pay $6 for Angry Orchards. Had the drink menu been transparent about prices, as in actually listing them on the menu, I would 've passed on the beer. I dont understand why prices for products arent reflected on menus. I def appreciate the vegan options offered on the menu the large vegan 'Pepperoni, Pineapple Pickled Jalepenos ' specialty pizza we ordered was pretty yummy. BUT I didn 't like the fact that before ordering I asked the waitress, Maya, how much added veggie toppings would cost, she tells me uhhh $0.50 each so I added 3 extra toppings; herbs, banana pepps onions (see pic). I didnt see any herbs on my pie scattered chunks of chopped onions? Cmon now, theyre vegetables it wasnt extra meat or cheese seemed skimpy to me. We asked for a whole caraffe of water from the beginning too, but that didn 't make it to us until much time had passed. Upon getting the pizza that my wife and I waited over 20 minutes for (didn 't expect that considering, again, it was DEAD, like we were the only table), I thought to see a pizza covered in toppings, but not so much. Being from Chicago with previous pizzeria experience, a pizza out of the oven in a timely manner, covered in toppings is what I 'm used to. Then getting my bill and seeing I was actually charged $1.75 for each extra topping confirmed I wont be coming back to this spot. For almost $2 per extra topping, on an already practically $30 pizza, Id expect to see my pizza covered in toppings (not to mention, your only options to order are either a small personal size or large, so if youre feeding more than just you, you have to order pay for a large, so not much room for affordability with sensibility). Afterwards, I see the menu showing $1.75 extra toppings for large hand tossed BYO pizzas, but that wasnt apparent to me as I wasnt ordering, or looking at, the BYO section when ordering the menu should highlight extras more specifically so customers dont miss the small print, as well as your staff should be knowledged on the cost of what youre serving, not guessing when asked. Especially considering all item prices are not reflected on the menu (like the DRINK menu). And so, after one large pie 2 beers each for my love and I, my $57 bill then saw about $7 additionally in tax and 'living wage ' FEE thus covering the amount I would have afforded to tip, but didn 't, considering the aforementioned. Dine in seems to have lost its luster these days, not worth the price in my opinion. Businesses should consider the lack of living wages for most of us the insane cost of living most of us struggle with, so we don 't all have disposable income to dish out on high priced but low quality service."
