"Decided to have dinner after reading good reviews. We have been in Italy for two weeks and this was our first mistake. Menu offers risotto but dish is made with rice. And pretty sure the shrimp served with it were not fresh. But if you are looking for a budget meal, this is your place."

"During a stay in the city they recommended it. booked for Saturday night the last place for two. .just near the door but it was worth it. welcomed with courtesy, in the room with a few tables, we ordered a bruschetta as appetizer, beautiful rich and tasty, the Florentine from with contours apart. the meat was excellent tender and with that little fat right that tastes. a dessert and a quarter of the house wine. All right. we will definitely return to try the other seafood specialties. average prices. . Not excessive. a plausion to these good restaurateurs who like many others, have spent hard times cause covid."

"As I write this, the average TripAdvisor rating is 4-1/2 stars. No way. I had a cannoli and it was, hands down, the most delicious pastry I have ever had, and I have spent the last nine days eating pastry in Vienna, Munich and Salzburg, so there's some awfully good competition there. The cream was perfect, smooth and only delicately sweet. The wafer outside was very crispy, holding together well. The combination was fantastic. As others have noted, it's a small place. We got our stuff to go, as our hotel was only about half a kilometer away. It's out from the main tourist areas, so you have to hop on the 22 bus at Santa Maria Novella and take it 12 stops if my memory is right. You won't be disappointed."
