"Without a doubt, the best ice cream in Padua. The ice cream shop is unpretentious, it is not in but there is no comparison with the other ice cream shops in Padua and its province. I consider myself almost an expert due to the fact that I am an ice cream enthusiast, I travel a lot in Italy and abroad and wherever I go I look for and try the best ice cream shops in the area. In particular I am a lover of sorbets and fruit ice creams with fresh and seasonal fruit of the Quattro Passi are really at the top: Sicilian citrus is perhaps my favorite. Then the pear and above all, when it is in season, the fig tree: it's worth a visit just for that, superlative! If you want to test the quality and goodness of the ice cream it is good to try the simple flavors: lemon, among the sorbets, and cream or cream among the creams. I assure you that you will not be disappointed, nothing to do, without naming names, with the ice cream parlors with sugary sorbets and puffy creams that stand on their own full of hydrogenated fats and a sickly sweet. Artisan ice cream, it should be remembered, means ice cream without ready bases made for consumption within the day and with fresh products: very few ice cream parlors that said they were artisanal are really, and, in all honesty, I don't know if the Quattro passi is artisanal (ice cream produced daily for consumption on the same day) but the products and fruit are fresh and I repeat, it is undoubtedly the best ice cream shop in Padua."
