"I have paid an online order for it, got my email confirmation, my order by the drive-through I pick up to the drive-through and the manager say that I pick up an online order and he tells me that there is no online order and I tried to tell him that I have an email confirmation that harde my order manager can get me and he always told me that it was for me that he could get me. 9/2 is worthless not helpful poorest management skills I have ever experienced in my life I will never be back to this hardee’s ever again"

"Went for a special occasion to celebrate a birthday and enjoy some kid free adult time. The pictures on the web site looked very welcoming and had the perfect ambiance, however when we arrived to our igloo it was nothing like the web site pictures portrayed. Inside there was a patio table with 6 patio chairs, a couple blankets laid across the chairs and a few decorations on the table. Big disappointment as we were expecting what you see on the web site, I even looked at a few of the other igloos and they were set up the same way. Our server was amazing and she took great care of us, we ordered the charcuterie board for 4 which is way over priced for what you receive. I can say that we have been there and done that but would not recommend as you can get more bang for your buck elsewhere."
