"If I could give him the zero stars, I would. I've never had such a terrible experience with a carls jr. what happened, that I was amusing or even thanking, from the beginning, who ever commanded me, sounded like a zombie. no energy, whatever. the type in the window must be life hate because when I asked if all my things, where in this one bag he gave us, minded u we ordered two combos and page orders, he proceed to say they can check if u want. I was not rude or had a bad ton of vote. he just didn't. I expect something better if I will pay $15 for a burger! my favorite part paid and went because I did not want to deal with this negative energy. bad moods. never again!"

"Never been in this town before. Was traveling. The place on the outside looks great. The workers, very rude. The food HORRIBLE. Mess up 2 simple meals. Big Mac meal had no Mc sauce and ordered mcrib asked no unions extra pickle. Got the extra unions and no pickle. Didn't even get our drinks completely food. The workers at the 1st window and 2nd window didn't even talk just started at us. WILL NEVER COME TO THIS MCDONALD'S AGAIN!"

"We were three adults with two (nicely dressed and well mannered) kids at 5 in the evening on a Sunday. The restaurant was 1/2 empty and the rude hostess shoved us at a tall bar table in between a service station and the kitchen door. After asking someone other than the hostess were moved to a regular table. The waitstaff was either overwhelmed or just terribly trained. Service took forever, orders were wrong, and the music was unnecessarily loud. BBQ brisket tasted like it was pounded with a mallet and soaked in liquid smoke. The one good thing I can say about this place is that the onion rings were incredible."
