"I'm annoyed not to visit earlier! The food was delicious, our server was friendly and, well, you should go too! My friends and I ordered the poutine as an appetizer and I'm glad we did. The frits were perfect, crispy at times, soggy, where the brown engraving had softened them. The cheese was delicious and more than abundant. My friend and I both ordered the beer cheeseburger with perpetrators. The burger was well seasoned, but I think the beer cheese was a bit too much for me, it almost exaggerated the burger. It was delicious! My friend's wife has the sliders that she advised. There are many other items on the menu, I can't wait to go back to try them!"

"Who are they hiring for this place? 4 or 5 women chit chatting taking 20 min at the window to just give me 4 pieces of chicken and fries. Then they give me the wrong amount of chicken! Then I ask for a receipt and they tell me their machines arent giving receipts. Overpriced and burnt chicken for over $15. Unbelievable. Never returning to this dump."

"We arrived within minutes of our reservation but the young lady at the entrance seemed to have no clue. She did seat us right away at a table of our choosing. The food was very good and at a good value. Our server was excellent and very attentive. There was a group gathering very close to our table and the noise level was a little loud for our liking. Overall the experience was very good and we plan to come again."

"Dish badly served, it is absurd to pay $7.50 for a bowl where two bad pieces of meat came, the server filled with broccoli. the court of my man was also badly served. I understand that everything has risen in price, but the quality has fallen absurdly. I will not return to this restaurant again."

"Terrible customer service. Wait over 15 minutes in the car thru with only 2 cars in front of me. When I got into the window, I'll wait a few minutes before someone even greeted me and when someone finally got up, she just said the sum and held her hand on my card. She then gave me my card back and food without ever telling me a single word! Not even a Hello or thank you! So then the bagel she gave me was appalled, missing the upper cinnamon crunch part, the main reason to get that bagel. It's like the part was cut off when they tried to cut what it was? If she didn't get a bagel right, I'd be worried about the order of other foods from them. The person in front of me even had to give them food and drinks because they did not make them right."

"Delicious seafood connection at Universal! We did not really grass the food in the theme parks themselves and decided to come one day to the general area for dinner. Bubba Gumps was so good! We ordered the gum that was so tasteful, as well as the shrimp plate that was really good. We also shared the shrimp scampi that was so delicious! I ordered a Bajo sunset that came home with a cup of the gift shop. The drink itself was fantastic!"
