"In the heart of Spandau this Turkish breakfast and lunch restaurant is a must go to place. The audience is a good blend of Turkish and German people, mainly from Spandau. We came there one morning to test it and then went there for the remaining 5 days of our stay in the area. The breakfast combinations were very tasteful and always fresh made. The highlight were the Mantis, a handmade pasta in yoghurt sauce. So when you are around Spandau, stop by at Sofra and enjoy not only the quality of the food but also the always friendly service provided."

"Dönerteller with rice salad and sweet and rosemary potatoes ordered. Unfortunately, there was no salate and so little tear that you didn't see it at all, nice was mainly drilling and a quarter of kartoffel. instead of milk rice came normal milk rice. it was good."

"When I came to the restaurant, I had no reservation. Only after an unsightly discussion I got a table in the middle of the room, although I asked for a quiet place. I ordered a mixed grill plate. The meat was extremely fried and hard. For years I visited Hasir restaurants that I did not meet the requirements of Hadir."

"This was a simply a fabulous restaurant. The food was amazingly tasty and faultlessly served. Waiting on our table was phenomenally attentive. Cocktails were sublime and wine was paired well with the food. We simply couldn’t fault it, even after a long day spent with flight delays. We couldn’t understand why it wasn’t more busy. It deserves your custom!"

"The restaurant has a quiet and attractive ambience. We were warmly welcomed and had some delicious mezze to share as a starter. The main courses were a mixed bag! Some people had delicious lamb; the 'spicy meatballs' were rather tasteless burgers; all dishes were supposed to come with bulgur wheat but came with rice instead with no explanation. The main courses did not arrive together and the plates were cold. The waitress was charming but, despite this, the service was mixed. We had to ask several times for salt and pepper; a request for another glass of wine had to be chased (and was not the same as the wine we'd had by the bottle even though we'd been told it would be); we asked to see the menu for different teas which we got but then gave up as the waitress didn't return and we lost the will to drink tea!Such a shame: there were some really good bits but they were undermined by the uneven quality of the food and service."

"The food was ok but nothing special. My cousin had a food-poison reaction during the night but we are not sure it happened for the food of the restaurant, so I can´t complain about. What annoyed me more was the SERVICE. They were RUDE, hasty...and they kept staring at us ALL the time. The reason? difficult to say. Probably because we were mostly women... in that case they have NO RESPECT at all for girls. The prices are slightly higher than other Turkish restaurants and they didn´t give us a proper receipt"
