"Toscano has been a family favorite for a few years, and we were really looking forward to being together for a holiday meal, unfortunately the food service was well below normal. They brought our table of 11 people four meals we didn 't order and tried to force us to take one of the items because the kitchen was backed up . I don 't mean meals that were similar they were completely different menu items. Service in general was just very chaotic and disorganized. There were three very young employees just standing around around the host desk chatting while the rest of the staff was scrambling to figure out which tables food belonged to and bussing tables. The food was fine, but not nearly as good as other times we have visited with some coming out lukewarm as if they had been sitting for some time. Not sure if this was just a holiday staffing issue or what happened here but it was pretty disappointing. All 11 of us had dined here before and the food and service was exceptional then. I 'm really hoping this was just a fluke and they return to being a great restaurant again."
