"We came here tonight on a recommendation, and we were so glad we did. The restaurant was tucked away, small and perfectly formed, the service was pleasant and efficient, but most of all the food was exemplary. We had the loaded chips and chilli ribs to stat and they were delicious with great flavours. Then for mains the chicken Buddha curry and a prawn Ka Pow all washed down with a few uniquely styled cocktails. We just about forced down ice cream for afters and left full and very happy. Well done to Ken for his great cooking and gem of a restaurant. See you next time"

"Not our favourite Chinese but I definitely don't believe it deserves such a low score on here. Food was hot when we got it, nothing made us ill, and we managed to eat it all. Overall tasty. You get what you pay for, it was not expensive and to expect anything more at the price range would be unfair. If I'm in the area, I'd order again."

"I had dinner with a friend in golden drachen and it was great! I said with a wonderful disgusting suppe, then she had praised much deep roast chili bark, one of my favorite meals and undoubtedly one of the most delicious portions I ever had. the service was relaxed and took some time until the meal arrived, but that was good of me, since it was obvious that every meal was freshly prepared the staff was very pleasant and helpful. my only complaint was that they automatically pay 10% service fee in the bill, but the predominant majority of the city center restaurants do this in these days. I'm looking forward to my next visit."

"I really wanted noodles while walking around Edinburgh and this was the first place I saw. I also didn't want to spend a lot of money, so Yocoko was the perfect fit. I ordered the mixed meat with vermicelli noodles (dry, Cantonese style) and an extra rabbit-shaped rice because it looked cute on the menu. The noodles were exactly what I was craving: wok-fried, great soy sauce base taste, and lots of chicken, beef, and pork mixed in. Simple and delicious. The rabbit rice came out looking a lot different than how it did on the menu, but it was still cute and I appreciated the effort. The rice was sticky rice in a bed of tomato with egg soup. It was actually really good all together. The entire meal cost me about £8 and filled me up. The service was friendly and fast, and the restaurant was quiet and a nice place to relax after walking around the city for a while. Come here if you're looking for a good, warm meal at an affordable price."

"Yes! Love this little spot! I always snag the veggie udon noodle soup with extra spice on the side. My friend is mad for their potstickers. The seaweed salad is fried, which I am coming to find is a trend around town."
