"I ordered online and once submitted, realized it was the wrong location. When I called this location there was no answer. I called several times to cancel the order but no answer. I called a different location (Ventura) and someone answered the phone but was not able to help since it was a different location. I have submitted a feedback survey a week ago and still no response. I have called this location multiple times for the past week and still no answer. I reached out to the Ventura location again to see if there was a regional manager available. They answered the phone and I spoke with the manager but still they were not able to help since Dave's Hot Chicken is franchise (no regional managers). I was not able to cancel my order and I did not pick up my order. I was still charged it was a large order. If anyone has any other recommendations on how to contact this location for a refund, please let me know. I am from another state and have no way to go into this location. I am not satisfied with this location and their customer service and would like a refund. I do appreciate the Ventura location for answering their phone."
