"Fabulous Sunday lunch, super starter of prawn cocktail with a mains of roast beef and roast pork. Both were delicious served with a good serving of fresh vegetables, roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding. We then tried the Bakewell tart, Jam sponge and sticky toffee pudding all were excellent. Great serves from friendly staff. Thank you for a lovely lunch!"

"The meal was excellent, decent portions for a great Sunday roast lunch. Good quality and very reasonable prices.The staff was friendly but not intrusive, which means you can have a quiet conversation with your friends. The decor is not much, but I honestly didn't mind. The food quality and cooking completely made up for it in my opinion.I will come back."

"Menu was limited, so wasn't able to choose something that I really fancied. Found prices to be high for pub food and wine pricey too. Food was nice, but not as good as expected for the price. Service with a smile though, despite being understaffed. Has a lovely evening, but light pockets!"
