"We stayed in Benalmádena for a week over Christmas,we ate in the marina (Angus) on the front (Dublin) but If you enjoy a steak you must go here. Their special offer is 2 entrecote steaks with a nice bottle of rioja for €39. As tasty a steak as we've ever had.Also fantastic tapas bar."

"Having been coming to this restaurant for the past 38 yrs as my family lived in Spain for many years, we were so looking forward to our visit and booked to visit the restaurant weeks before we actually arrived in Spain for our holiday. Booked for the Friday evening and when we arrived the restaurant was empty which was fine as it was only early but sadly within minutes of us arriving a large party with small children arrived and a baby who decided that it was a good idea to scream constantly which is fair enough this can’t be helped but not what we were looking for as we had hoped for a quite enjoyable dinner. We then decided that perhaps this was not the evening for us and decided to leave and book for the following evening and take the chance on it being quieter, the owners wife was very understanding and agreed to rebook. Went back on the Saturday and luckily a completely different vibe older clientele and much calmer, as expected the food was excellent we only ever visit for the dover sole as this is what this restaurant is renowned for and it didn’t disappoint it was delicious. Our disappointment stems from the fact the even though the food was excellent sadly the service was definitely lacking having been served our meal and initial drinks we did not see anyone again until we asked for the bill there was no offer of desserts or further drinks or Coffee it appeared she was more concerned with washing dishes ect in the kitchen this was a shame as they definitely lost out on about 30€ due to the fact that we left and went elsewhere for dessert coffee and drinks.. A bit of a shame as had been looking forward to this evening for weeks. The restaurant has not changed in the 38yrs we have been going there it looks exactly the same which is it’s charm the food is still excellent just needs to up it’s game on the customer service."

"Of the best benalmade places to eat and eat super rich. a quiet place above all the part of the garden, the lobster salad outside of letter is spectacular (a very good mayonnaise), the canelones, the mini hamburgers, the foie... and above all you always have to leave room for desserts such as cheesecake or brownie"
