"Whilst looking for a restaurant for a Saturday evening meal, prior to going to the Theatre Royal, we found this gem on Tripadvisor. With only a 2 minute walk from the theatre, making its location idea. Booking online was easy and we promptly received a confirmation email. On visiting the Soulville Steakhouse, we were not disappointed the staff were very friendly and attentive, the decor and atmosphere was superb, the Motown music was wonderful. Just a great place to eat at. Oh, by the way, the food was excellent, we both had steaks which were delicious and very reasonably priced. The whole Soulville Steakhouse experience was 5 star and we'd recommended it to anyone!!! It was so good, we've rebooked for our next theatre trip."

"My family treated me to this meal and we had been there before so we knew what to expect. However, when we received the 'O Bento ' box at an expensive price, we found it to be a bit of Miso soup, a few pieces of Sirloin steak and very dry rice. We managed to get a slight discount but to be fair we would not recommend this restaurant due to high prices and the low quality of food provided!"

"Okay, we start with the entrance of this steakhouse and I must be honest, I was in a few steakhouses in my life, but no one ever meet my expectation. the input is neat and has handsanitisers available, then they expect the server arrival for the ordering of their table. the decor is modern, light geometric patterns that grasp, but do not overwhelm or cause a trigger, because my daughter is present and easily autistic. While I wait for the food, I can only say that our party was to arrive at the next customers eating and to see all the food that is bad when they begin to want their dish. the atmosphere is busy, but so family welcome that it was heaven to be so late with children and have no incidents that could cause upset, although their were groups of men etc. she was just a real recognition for the amazing food that was served. I personally, I decide not my daughter after a certain night because of the unpleasant, but was very surprised by the environment, even their were huge family celebrations in this steakhouse all friendly and welcoming. the only small weight I have is that I wish with steak, they would use the chips separately or a larger plate plus smaller portions of the adult meal additionally mac cheese had very annoyed children. where are the desserts? Do they do everything so that I can leave completely satisfied in life and full enough that I have to go home and sleep. other than that, fantastic food excellent variety of personal and all professional with gloves as well."

"We were put into the back room, it was as cold as we were in there, asked if we could move, but apparently no other tables are available, they said when we were available, they would move us, this did not happen and when we were abandoned, we saw loading free tables!!! we had to sit with our moms."
