"I suppose I'm spoiled by the level of service and food at the Chop Steakhouse at Chinook Centre Calgary.With this experience presume their is not quality or standard control across the franchise.Over cooked ribs and wait 75 minutes for food to be delivered to the table. A waiter who gave the impression they really didn't want to be there."

"Went for a work dinner and the food was good. Service was a little slow but we were a party of 30 so it was expected. Otherwise it was an amazing experience and we had a room to ourselves. Would recommend for anyone else with a big work party."

"Went on a recent Saturday night with friends. Stood at the bar for a drink and conversation before we were seated. Great atmosphere. Tried the Ribs (awesome), Tsao chicken (awesome) and the Butterfly Shrimp (Very Good). Had the Veal Chop and it as excellent - do not see many places offering a Veal Chop so I had to try it. Others got the Filet. Nice side of Potatoes and Onion rings. Salad (not sure if that is what you call it) Tomatoes, Onions, Peppers and Celery was clean and refreshing. Great service and a Great time."

"A home run for atmosphere and the food equally matched. The chicken buns are a signature dish and lived up to the hype. The crudo seafood dishes were a big hit at the table as well. The trout was cooked perfectly but the big hit of the night was the grilled bone in sirloin. Cocktail menu was fresh and the staff was fantastic."
