"We ordered the Kanto Fiesta Cake and the original Kamayan kits from the Dundas site to bring to a friend's wedding. When I picked up the dishes, I was told that they had not yet begun to cook them, almost four hours after the order (plus a follow-up call to confirm that it would be on time as I traveled for the wedding in the city). I was frustrated and my order canceled, but went back to the restaurant. The staff assured me that if I returned the order, they would deliver it throughout the city and have it there in time for the event. And they did! And it was incredible. The Fiesta Cake was fat and perfectly cooked, the noodles in Kamayan had guests come back for several refills. I admit that I was originally extremely frustrated that I did not give heads to the delay (and I think Kanto needs to communicate better with its customers), but I was very appreciated for the efforts they have taken to correct the situation. And to make incredibly delicious food. I also recommend these dishes."
